Re:Shark has three plans: Plug & Play at €395 a month with 2,000 credits, Growth at €695 with 7,500 credits, and Enterprise at €995 with 30,000 credits, all ex. VAT. Quarterly and annual billing are lower: from €345 and €295 a month for Plug & Play. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that includes 750 credits.
Credits pay for actions in Re:Shark, such as finding an email address, AI scoring, sending a campaign email or registering a domain. Your balance refreshes each month on your billing date. Every charge is logged in the platform, and you can buy more credits when needed.
You add a top-up pack, on any plan: 10,000 credits for €350, 50,000 for €1,500 or 200,000 for €5,000, or a custom amount between 100 and 100,000 credits at €0.037 per credit. You can also set an automatic top-up that fires when your balance drops below a threshold you choose.
Sending runs on Re:Shark’s own EU infrastructure. What we store, and for how long, is set out in the privacy statement.
You send from your own domains and mailboxes, registered or linked inside Re:Shark, which sets up DNS, DMARC, DKIM and SPF and runs warm-up and rotation. Plug & Play covers 1 domain with up to 10 mailboxes, Growth 2 domains with up to 20 mailboxes each, Enterprise 4 domains with up to 20 each. You can also connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox, limited to ten prospect emails per user per day.
You get seven days with 750 credits and one user, without a sending domain. After that, you choose whether to continue with a paid plan. You are only charged if you decide to continue. Your Re:Shark contact can help you choose.
